城市旅游效率演化阶段、特征及其空间分异效应——以海南国际旅游岛为例

摘　　要：文章总结出城市旅游效率演化的"三阶性"及其空间分异效应,以海南国际旅游岛为案例加以验证,并提出了发展建议。结果表明:1旅游产业经营技术的流动性、易模仿性决定其空间扩散迅速,城市旅游效率相应地呈现出要素规模投入、技术改善发展和创新主导三个阶段;2城市旅游产业发展表现出显著的空间分异、溢出效应和空间连续性,使区域城市演化产生较大分异;3海南国际旅游岛的城市旅游效率较好地验证了演化"三阶"论,它的综合效率和规模效率之间的差异在缩小,纯技术效率差异在扩大,技术差距是当前主要分异动因。基础设施配套、城市商业发展、交通区位条件、邻近关系和政策共同影响了效率演化;4应积极引导海南国际旅游岛的投资方向与布局、建设多元化产品,丰富旅游产品体系、优化产业结构,强化城市旅游之间的关联带动作用,推动区域旅游协同发展。The paper proposed the＂three step evolutionary theory＂of urban tourism efficiency and its spatial differentiation effect, and verified with the examples of Hainan international tourism island（HITI）, put forward development suggestions. Results show that：（1） The characteristics of Liquidity, easy mimetism determined rapidly spatial spread of tourism management technology, correspondingly,urban tourism efficiency present three stages： Scale input stage; technology improvement stage; innovation leading stage.（2） urban tourism industry showed significant spatial differentiation, spillover effect and spatial continuity, provide a differential effect on regional evolution.（3） Urban tourism efficiency of HITI betterly verified the＂three stage evolutionary theory＂. The comprehensive efficiency and scale efficiency is in narrow, pure technical efficiency difference is in expanding. Technology gap is the main differentiation factors. These factors, supporting infrastructure, urban commercial development, traffic condition, adjacent relation and policy, collectively influence the evolution path of urban tourism efficiency.（4） The future development of HITI should actively guide the investment direction and layout, build diversified products, enrich tourism products system, optimizing the industrial structure, strengthen the link between urban tourism, and promote the coordinated development of regional urban tourism.
