摘　　要：文章结合宝业·爱多邦项目商业配套房项目的特点,对结构设计、深化设计和BIM技术应用作详细阐述,对设计中的若干关键问题,如结构分析、预应力梁柱节点、SP预应力空心楼板及连接等进行分析。In this paper, combining with the characteristics of the project, the structure design, the deep design and application of BIM technology were dicussed in details. Several key issues in the design progress were dicussed, including structure analysis, prestressed reinforced beam-column joints, Spancrete slab and connection.
