城轨车辆用水性涂料的性能测试研究

摘　　要：随着人们对环境保护的日益重视和水性漆技术的日益成熟,城轨车辆涂装已逐步开始使用水性涂料,但目前国内还没有针对城轨车辆用水性涂料的技术标准,在借鉴溶剂型涂料铁道行业标准的基础上,对城轨用水性涂料进行了各项性能测试,结果表明水性涂料可以满足现有铁标中油性漆的技术指标,并根据水性漆的特点提出了城轨车辆用水性涂料的技术标准建议。Along with people＇s increasing emphasis on environmental protection and the improved water painting technology, waterborne coatings with good decoration effects have been applied in metro vehicle. However, technical standard aiming at waterborne coatings on metro vehicle in domestic hasn＇t appeared. Based on the application of solvent-based coatings in railway industry, various properties test of waterborne coatings on metro vehicle were conducted. It was proved that the waterborne coatings can basically satisfy with the present technical standards of solvent-based coatings. According to the characteristics of the waterborne coatings, the technical standard of waterborne coatings for metro rail vehicles was proposed.
