摘　　要：在某整车涂装中,为提高清漆各方面性能,决定将单组分油漆切换成双组分油漆,通过比较单组分设备与双组分设备的异同,设计出油漆供漆系统、喷漆机器人系统和空调系统的改造方案。One-component varnish coating was replaced by two-component varnish coating to improve the properties during the whole automotive coating. By comparing the similarities and differences of equipments between the one-component and two-component varnish coatings, reforming scheme designed for coating delivery systems, spraying coating robotic syst.ems and air conditioning systems were designed.
