摘 要:由于应用高泳透力电泳漆,车身带电入槽方式易产生电泳条纹弊病,故对老涂装电泳线车身带电入槽改造为入槽通电进行评估,分析改造通电方式对电泳漆膜的影响,并对车身通电方式进行设备改造。改造实施后,解决了在使用高泳透力电泳漆的过程中产生电泳条纹的弊病,且车身电泳膜厚达到要求。Due to the application of electrophoretic coating with high throwing power, the drawback of electrophoresis stripe easily emerged by the way charged bodywork entering the slot. Therefore, the old coating electrophoretie line with charged bodywork entering the slot was reformed to electrified after entering the slot. The influence of electrifying mode reforming on electrophoretie coating film was analyzed and electrifying mode equipment of the bodywork was carried out. Finally, the drawback of eleetrophoresis stripe in the application of eleetrophoretic coating with high throwing power was solved and the thickness of eleetrophoretic coating film can meet the requirement.
