风积沙水泥基混凝土的工程应用与耐久性能研究现状

摘　　要：全球"沙漠化"与生存环境的不断恶化;人类基础设施建设的加快与规模的增加,以硅酸盐水泥为主要胶凝材料的混凝土用量的不断消耗,造成自然分布严重不均的天然砂资源的日趋枯竭,人工砂的大量使用反过来又会严重的污染环境与增加使用成本;大量已建或将要建于海洋环境、高海拔干旱和半干旱地区、寒冷区、盐渍土地区、除冰盐环境、腐蚀工业环境、盐湖地区的混凝土结构工程在经历了一二十年的使用期后,由于混凝土耐久性能劣化而导致混凝土的开裂和破坏、钢筋的锈蚀,严重者甚至退出工作而不得不提前拆除,造成了严重的后果。作者经过大量的调研工作,了解用沙漠沙作为细骨料拌制的混凝土在工程上的应用现状以及在环境恶劣地区的耐久性能研究现状。能为沙漠沙广泛应用于混凝土结构工程,尤其是能适应恶劣环境条件下的混凝土工程提供基础研究数据与资料。The global ＂ Desertification ＂ and the deterioration of the living environment of mankind;speeding up infrastructure construction and the size of the increase,with Portland cement as the main cementing material consumption amount of concrete,resulting in uneven distribution of natural sand resources of natural depletion,the extensive use of artificial sand in turn will seriously pollute the environment with the increased use of cost; a lot has been built or will be built in the marine environment,high altitude arid and semi arid region,cold region,saline soil,deicing salt environment,corrosion of industrial environment,the Saline Lake area of concrete structures after ten or twenty years of use,the durability of concrete deterioration due to the cracking and damage of reinforced concrete,corrosion,serious or even out of work and had to demolition,resulting in serious consequences.After a lot of research work,understand the present situation of application of the desert sand as fine aggregate mixing concrete in engineering as well as in the area of the harsh environment of the durability research.For the desert sand used in concrete structure engineering, especially can adapt to the concrete engineering under harsh environmental conditions to provide the basic research data and information.
