摘 要:以长石、高岭土、石英、方解石等天然矿物为主,添加适量氧化锌、硼砂等化工原料制备硼乳浊釉。考察了釉料组成、釉层厚度、烧成温度和保温时间对釉面白度、光泽度和外观的影响。实验表明,制备的硼乳浊釉白度可达85.7,光泽度、硬度和热稳定性能够满足日用陶瓷要求;烧成温度对釉白度影响不大,但保温时间过长会导致釉面趋于透明;施釉工艺是决定硼乳浊釉能否在日用陶瓷上应用的关键因素,釉层厚度小于0.5-0.6 mm时,釉面会出现花釉或趋于透明。Boron opalescent glaze was prepared.The raw materials fall into natural minerals such as feldspar,kaolin,quartz and calcite as well as industry pure materials such as zinc oxide and borax.The influence factors such as glaze chemical composition,glaze thickness,sintering temperature and holding time on whiteness,glossiness and surface appearance of the glaze werestudied.The results show that the glaze whiteness reached 85.7.Furthermore,glossiness,hardness and thermal stability reached the standard requirements of domestic ceramic.In the phase separation temperature range, sintering temperature has little effect on whiteness of the glaze.With the prolongation of holding time,the glaze tended to be transparent.Glazing process is the key factor,if the glaze thickness is less than 0.5-0.6mm,fancy glaze appeared or the giass tended to appear transparent.
