摘 要:本文中以偏高岭土、磨细石英粉为粉体原料,不同模数的水玻璃为碱激发剂,制备地聚合物,并在高温高压蒸汽条件下养护(200℃,1.58MPa)。通过单因素实验分析,讨论了水玻璃模数、磨细石英粉掺量、水胶比、碱掺量以及蒸压时间对地聚合物的抗压强度的影响,并采用SEM电镜进行微观分析。研究结果表明:石英粉的掺入提高了地聚合物的抗压强度;采用模数为1.6的水玻璃作为碱激发剂、16%的碱掺量、45%的石英粉的掺量、0.46的水胶比,蒸压养护3 h即可得到抗压强度为76.6 MPa的地聚合物;微观结构研究表明,在蒸压养护和一定的碱环境条件下,磨细石英粉表现出一定的活性,其表面有被侵蚀的痕迹,磨细石英粉与地聚合物基体结合紧密,有利于地聚合物抗压强度的提高。In this paper,using the metakaolin and quartz powder as the raw material,sodium hydroxide and water glass as activator,geopolymer composites were prepared by autoclaving process under standard conditions of 200 ℃ and 1.58 MPa.This paper reports a study on the factors affecting the compressive strength,especially the quartz powder admixture,the modulus of waterglass,the content of alkali activator,water-cement ratio,the autoclave curing time.The microstructure of products was studied by SEM.The results showed that addition of quartz powder improved the compressive strength of geopolymers.With the conditions of quartz powder content of 45%,the modulus of waterglass of 1.6,the content of alkali activator of 16%,water-cement ratio of 0.46,and autoclave curing time of 3 h,the strength of geopolymers can reach 76.6 MPa.The microstructure studies showed that the quartz powder becomes activated in the autoclaved stage in alkali surroundings,its surface was eroded.The dense interfacial zone around quartz powder particles was beneficial to the compressive strength of geopolymers.
