摘  要:以合成堇青石与莫来石为骨料,加入由轻烧MgO,α-Al2O3和高岭土组成的混合细粉,分别以硅溶胶、磷酸二氢铝、纸浆废液和酚醛树脂作结合剂,经过1350℃保温3 h的热处理制备了堇青石-莫来石窑具复合材料试样,通过XRD和SEM分析研究了结合剂对试样的物理性能和显微结构的影响。结果表明(1)以纸浆废液为结合剂制备的试样的抗折强度和抗热震性能都较好,而硅溶胶的效果不佳,主要是由于高硅体系中方石英的大量存在使得材料的抗热震性能降低;(2)当加入K2CO3作为添加剂时,以硅溶胶作为结合剂的试样的力学性能和抗热震性都得到了大大的提高。通过加入K+,可以在高温下促进SiO2熔入玻璃相中,从而提高液相的粘度和材料的抗热震性能。Cordierite-mullite kiln furniture was prepared and sintered at 1350 ℃ for 3 h using mullite particles and cordierite particles as aggregate,calcined magnesia,α-Al2O3 and kaolinite as matrix,adding silica solution,aluminium dihydrogen phosphate,reclaimed pulp and phenolic resin respectively as binder.With XRD and SEM,the microstructures were analyzed.The mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance were measured and analyzed.The result showed that cordierite-mullite kiln furniture had good fracture toughness and thermal shock resistance when adding reclaimed pulp as binder.The effect of silica solution was relatively poor because of the great amount of cristobalite.When adding K2CO3 as additive,the mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance of the specimen which used silica solution as binder were greatly improved.Because K+can promote SiO2's process of fusing into the liquid phase,and therefore increase the viscosity of the liquid phase and improve the thermal shock resistance of the material.
