摘　　要：我国高端装备制造业国际竞争能力初步具备,但核心技术数量储备不足,装备制造企业的国际分工网络体系不发达,对国际竞争市场不确定性风险应对能力弱等原因使我国高端装备进入世界市场步履维艰。为了突破瓶颈制约,大型装备企业应继续向顺向研发模式转变,鼓励首套装备的国内应用示范牵引效应,利用核心制造企业瀑布效应建立国内高端供应商体系,转变对高端制造技术人才的认识和储备路径,全面增进应对不确定性风险的防范预警能力,并利用"一带一路"为中国高端制造业走出去提供机遇。China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry already has preliminary international competitiveness,but insufficient core technologies,undeveloped network system of international division for equipment manufacturing enterprises,and low ability to cope with uncertain international competitive markets cause the difficulties against China’ s high-end equipments entering the world market. In order to break through the bottleneck restriction,large equipment enterprises should continue to transform along the forward-developing model,and encourage the domestic applying demonstration of the first set of equipment. The system of domestic supply chain should be established around core enterprises. Meanwhile,the conception about high-end manufacture technology staff and the employment approach should be updated. The ability to prevent and warn risks should be overall improved. Relying on the strategy One Belt and One Road the opportunity is offered to China’s high-end manufacturing industry entering the international market.
