摘　　要：目的:开发医院微信服务平台,通过微信拓展服务患者的途径,以提高医院的服务水平和整体形象。方法:采用需求分析法,对微信公众平台进行功能性开发,针对患者不同层面需求,基于HTML5和Web Service等相关技术开发不同的功能模块。结果:该平台可以提供信息、诊疗、预约、院内导医、手机支付、知识库以及随访调查等诸多服务。结论:医院微信服务平台通过微信服务患者,及时发布患者所需各类信息,有效地提高医疗服务水平。Objective： To develop hospital WeChat public platform, service patients through WeChat and improve the service level of the hospital and the overall image. Methods： Using system demand analysis method, the platform was formed by different function modules based on the WeChat public platform and developed by HTML5 and Web Service technology, to achieve different needs of patients. Results： This platform functionalizes information service, medical information service, reservation service, hospital medical guide, mobile phone payment, knowledge of library service, follow up investigation and many other services. Conclusion：The platform service patients through the WeChat, which releases various kinds of information patients need, and it can improve the patient＇s satisfaction effectively.
