面罩机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析经面罩机械通气在慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭患者,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予人工气道机械通气治疗,观察组患者给予经面罩机械通气治疗,并比较两组的治疗效果。结果:通气治疗后观察组患者动脉血氧分压(Pa O2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(Pa CO2)、心率(HR)以及呼吸频率(RR)等指标均明显优于对照组,且具有显著差异;观察组患者通气时间、住院时间、气管插管率以及病死率明显低于对照组患者,且具有显著差异。结论:经面罩机械通气在慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭患者的治疗中具有良好应用效果,能显著改善预后,减少气管插管率和病死率。Objective： To summarize and analyze the effect of mechanical ventilation via face mask in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure. Methods：One hundred cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure patients were selected as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group, the control group were treated with mechanical ventilation treatment, the observation group were treated with face mask mechanical ventilation therapy, efficacy. Results： After ventilation in the treatment of patients, difference of PaO2, PaCo2, HR and RR were statistically significant; the patients in observation group ventilation time, hospitalization time, trachea intubation rate and a mortality rate was significantly lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Mechanical ventilation via face mask has the good application effect in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure, can significantly improve prognosis, decrease endotracheal intubation rate and mortality.
