摘　　要：目的:评估医用内窥镜在临床诊断治疗中存在的安全风险,以保证内窥镜临床使用安全、准确及有效。方法:通过对20家医疗单位的在用内窥镜进行统计调研,分析和评估内窥镜存在的安全风险,并提出改进措施。结果:内窥镜在使用、维护保养、消毒与灭菌等环节中均存在一定的安全风险。结论:通过分析发现,内窥镜在临床上使用操作和消毒灭菌不当产生的风险概率较大,需要加大内窥镜的培训力度,提高防护意识,加强内窥镜的全程管理,保障医务人员和患者的安全。Objective：According to the safety of the existing endoscope risk evaluation, ensure the endoscope be safe, accurate and effective. Methods：Through to the medical unit at 20 forces with endoscope in statistics and research, analyze and summary security risks of endoscope, and put forward the measures of improvement. Results：Endoscope has certain safety risks in the use, maintenance, disinfection and sterilization and other links. Conclusion：Through the profound understanding security risks of the endoscope in all circulations, it shows incorrect use and disinfection and sterilization operation risk larger ratio. We need to strengthen the training, improve the protection consciousness, strengthen the whole management of endoscope, and protect the health of medical staff and patients.
