摘  要:多粘类芽胞杆菌是一种能防治多种病原真菌病害的生防细菌.本文通过抑菌率测定、盆栽试验、田间防效试验首次研究不同浓度多粘类芽胞杆菌DN-1对水稻纹枯病的防治效果,试验结果表明当终浓度在5~120亿芽孢/L(667 m^2用水量50 L)时,对水稻纹枯病室内抑菌率达62.21%~90.54%;盆栽试验防效达46.19%~77.11%;药后12、24 d,2013年田间防效分别达43.43%~75.70%、59.01%~79.64%;2014年田间防效均分别达50.72%~77.26%、53.65%~77.29%;DN-1终浓度在120亿芽孢/L时两年间田间防治效果与井冈霉素A 60 g.a.i/hm^2处理相当,低于噻呋酰胺60 g.a.i/hm^2处理.Paenibacillus polymyxa is a kind of biocontrol bacterium which could be used for pathogenic fungi diseases controlling. In the present study, the control effect ofP. polymyxa DN-1 on rice sheath blight disease was tested for the first time by the means of fungistatic rate determination, pot experiment, and field efficacy test. The result showed that the fungistatic rate against rice sheath blight in the laboratory experiment and the pot experiment were 62.21%-90.54% and 46.19%-77.11% respectively, when the final concentration ofP. polymyxa is 0.5--12 billion spores/L. The field control effect reached 43.43%--75.70%, 59.01%--79.64% in 2013, 50.72%--77.26%, 53.65%--77.29% in 2014, after treatment with R polymyxa for 12 or 24 days. The field control effect of P. polymyxa at final concentration (12 billion spores/L) was equal to validamycin A at 60 g.a.i/hm^2 concentration, however, the field control effect of R polymyxa was much lower than that of thifluzamide at 60 g.a.i/hm^2 concentration.
