摘 要:为提高水性苯丙木器漆的漆膜硬度和耐磨性,采用化学法对纳米氧化锆(ZrO2)进行表面改性,制备三种纳米ZrO2浆料,并分别用于水性苯丙乳液的制备,探讨改性方法对纳米ZrO2浆料性能及漆膜耐磨性和硬度的影响。结果表明:聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙二醇和辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚改性的纳米ZrO2,浆料粒径小、黏度低、稳定性好;当纳米ZrO2浆料添加量为1%时,漆膜磨耗值为0.069g/100r,耐磨转数为1 800r,硬度为2H。Three kinds of nano-zirconia slurries were made by surface chemical modification methods and the slurries were respectively used to prepare styrene-acrylic emulsion,to improve hardness and wear resistance of water-borne styrene acrylate wood coatings.Then the effect of surface modification methods on nano-zirconia slurry properties as well as the hardness and wear resistance of styrene-acrylic wood coatings were investigated.The results showed that the slurries showed excellent performance like small particle size,low viscosity and good stability when polyacrylamide,polyethylene glycol and octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether were used as modifiers.When 1% of the nano-zirconia slurry was added into water-borne styrene acrylate wood coatings,the abrasion value of the coating film was 0.069g/100 rwith 1 800 rof abrasion cycle and 2H of hardness.
