摘　　要：结合凯悦国际大厦工程实例,对比了不同工序关系的外装饰施工对超高层建筑工程工期的影响,得出了主体结构施工期间穿插外装饰施工的合理工艺流程,并阐述了主体与幕墙同步施工的工艺方法和保证安全的技术措施,以取得良好的施工效果。Combining with Kaiyue International Mansion,the paper compares the influence of the exterior decoration with different construction sequences on the construction period of super-high-rise projects,concludes the reasonable procedure the exterior decoration construction during the construction period of the major structure,and illustrates the craft methods and technical measures of the simultaneous construction of the major structure and the curtain walls,so as to achieve better construction effect.
