摘　　要：介绍了日本农协发展演化历史及其结构体系,通过借鉴日本农协发展模式构建出村镇资金互助社、省市农村互助金融群落、国家级农村互助金融组织的三层中国农村互助金融体系,并提出优化中国农村互助金融体系外部支撑环境的建议。This paper introduces the evolution history of the development of Japanese Agricultural Association and its structure. According to the Japanese integrated cooperative development model, building China＇s rural mutual financial system is of great significance to improve the rural financial environment and to promote the development of rural finance.
