档案管理自动化网络化的思考

摘　　要：档案管理自动化网络化是新时期档案事业发展的必由之路,我国档案管理自动化网络化起步较晚,远不能适应时代对档案工作的要求,档案管理要走出一条自动化网络化的道路,笔者认为应解决好以下几个问题:1、档案工作者角色的重新定位;2、档案管理设备、技术的现代化;3、档案信息及信息处理界面的标准化、规范化;4、档案信息的安全保密性;5、档案信息交流网络的建立。The automation and the net cybernation are the inevitable courses for the development of archives management in the new era, which started late in China, therefore failing to meet the demand of the times. This paper argues that there are four preparatory aspects for the automation and net cybernation: a) the readjustment of the role of archives clerks; b) the moder nisation of archives management equipment and technology c) the standardization of archives processing and interfacial structuring; d) the security and secrecy of the archives automation and net cybernation; e)the setup of network for archives.
