摘 要:采用浸渍沉淀法制备了Ru/NaY、Ru/HY和Ru/C等钌催化剂,研究了其催化对苯二酚加氢制备1,4-环己二醇的活性。利用XRD和BET等手段对样品进行了表征。不同载体负载的催化剂上对苯二酚的转化率顺序为:Ru/NaY>Ru/HY>Ru/C。以Ru/NaY为催化剂,对苯二酚为原料,乙醇为溶剂,制备了1,4-环己二醇,对苯二酚的转化率99.8%。The Ru catalysts were prepared by impregnation precipitation method, the catalytic activities of Ru/NaY, Ru/HY and Ru/C for hydrogenation of 1, 4-benzenediol to 1, 4-cyclohexanediol were studied. The properties of the catalysts were investigated by means of Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) N2 adsorption, X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results show that the catalytic activity of the supported Ru catalysts for hydrogenation of 1, 4-benzenediol to 1, 4-cyclohexanediol follows the order: Ru/NaY〉Ru/HY〉Ru/C. Using Ru/Na Y as catalyst, 1, 4-benzenediol as raw material and ethanol as solvent, the conversion of 1, 4-benzenediol can reach to 99.8 %.
