摘 要:通过NHTSA网站等公开信息来源和查询了相关专利。分析近期高田公司相关质量问题、气体发生器的结构、硝酸铵配方体系的气体发生剂,并结合事故发生地的高温高湿气候的特点,初步判断主要是由于气体发生器密封失效引起气体发生剂吸潮后,硝酸铵配方气体发生剂组分在少量水份作用下析出和粉化,在点火系统点火情况下,粉化的硝酸铵引起的燃烧室内部不受控制燃烧,气体发生剂燃烧速度过快,内部压力过高,从而造成气体发生器壳体破裂,引起安全事故。Information from the website of NHTSA and related patents were studied. The structure of TAKATA inflator and ammonium nitrate based propellant were analyzed. Combined with the high temperature and high humidity conditions when the accident happened, it's judged initially that, because the seal system of the inflator is invalid, the propellant component absorbs moisture, separates out and pulverizes; under ignition conditions, the inflator burns out of control(burning-rate is excessively fast, pressure of the combustion chamber is excessively high), and then the housing of the inflator bursts to cause safety accidents.
