摘  要:分离式热管蒸发段中发生的传热过程可看作是管内流动沸腾传热,由于流动沸腾传热过程的复杂性,使用传统的实验方法进行研究会造成许多不便。针对分离式热管蒸发段建立了传热数学模型,通过Matlab编程,数值模拟分析了以R22为工质时,蒸发段管径和热流密度对摩擦压降梯度、工质温度及沸腾传热系数的影响。数值模拟结果与试验结论一致,证明了所建模型的正确性,对分离式热管的研究具有一定的指导意义。The heat transfer process of evaporation segment of separate type heat pipe can be seen as flow boiling heat transfer. Since the flow boiling process is extremely complex, adopting traditional experimental methods to study it can cause many inconveniences. In this paper, mathematical model for heat transfer of evaporation segment of separate type heat pipe was established. Through Matlab programming, and using R22 as working liquid, effect of heat pipe diameter and heat flux on grade of friction pressure drop, working liquid temperature and flow boiling heat transfer coefficient was analyzed. The results show that, simulated result is accordant to the test result, which proves that the established model is accurate.
