摘　　要：为了保证麻城全市地籍调查的顺利开展,运用数字化地籍测量方法挑选三个村进行试点测量。试点结果证明,采用RTK与全站仪结合、辅以GPS联合测量方法,可以准确、快速地获得界址点和地物点的定位信息,满足地籍测量对界址点的精度要求。对采集的数据进行核查,应用南方CASS软件成图,分析了麻城试点地籍调查成果,总结了试点测量过程中出现的问题,提出了解决问题的思路,为后续地籍调查的全面铺开提供帮助。In order to ensure the cadastral survey work developing smoothly in macheng, we select three village to orientate surveyand use digital cadastral survey method. The results show that, through the RTK and total station, combined with GPS＇s measurement method, it can quickly and accurately access the site point and feature point location information, satisfying the required precision. To verify the data, applying the southern CASS mapping software, we analysis the pilot cadastral survey results of macheng, summarize the pilot problems arising from the measurement process and put forward the train of thought, to solve the problems for subsequent cadastral survey.
