浅议节约集约用地理念在新型城镇化建设中的作用——以深圳市为例

摘　　要：本文首先阐述了初级城镇化的问题、新型城镇化的方向及节约集约理念的基本内容,然后结合深圳市以节约集约理念促进新型城镇化建设的机制探索与实践案例,提出统筹与优化国土空间布局、立体开发与混合利用、大力促进城市更新、提升社会效益与生态效益等以节约集约理念促进新型城镇化建设政策建议。This article first expounds the primary problems of urbanization, the direction of the new urbanization and the concept of economical and intensive, then through the economical and intensive ideas in promoting to explore and practice the construction of the new urbanization mechanism, put forward as a whole and the optimization of national spatial development and mixed use of layout, threedimensional, urban renewal, and promote social benefit and ecological benefit, etc. and put forward to the economical and intensive idea to promote the new policy suggestions such as construction of urbanization.
