摘　　要：X射线粉末衍射仪在材料分析中应用广泛,其中最常用的分析为物相分析。文中介绍了X射线粉末衍射仪的工作原理、衍射图谱的形成、仪器的主要组成等,并使用该仪器对试样进行测试和对测试谱图进行分析,阐述了仪器测试时条件的优化选择。此外,还介绍了X射线粉末衍射仪的一些日常维护、操作注意事项。X -ray powder diffractometer is widely used in material analysis,and most commonly used for phase analysis.This paper mainly introduces the principle of X -ray powder diffraction instrument,formation of diffraction pattern,composition of the instrument, method of operation,phase analysis and so on,also told us how to choose the condition of operation.On the other hand,this paper in-troduces some equipment maintenance experience and safety of instrument operation.It will make readers have an good understanding of X -ray powder diffractometer.
