摘　　要：目的：利用投影寻踪法对多西他赛临床用药进行分析.方法：制定多西他赛药物利用评价标准,投影寻踪法对某三甲医院2014年1~3月的219份多西他赛处方点评表进行统计分析和讨论.结果：通过投影得到一维投影值,发现用药顺序、预处理和用量用法在多西他赛药物利用评价中影响程度较大.在对医嘱点评表进行分析的时候得到其合理百分比〉90%的占89.97%.在所有医嘱点评表中,其最低百分比达到 86.93%.78 份病历中 Ci 为 1 的 55 例（70.51%）,0.95 ~1 5 例（6.41%）,0.90~ 〈0.95 10例（12.82%）,0.85~ 〈0.90 8例（10.26%）.结论：运用投影寻踪法对多西他赛用药合理性进行分析,可以定量分析该药处方的准确性和合理性,能为临床提供有效地药物使用方案,提高患者的生活质量.Objective：To evaluate the clinical application of docetaxel using projection persuit method. Methods：The evaluation criterion of docetaxel use was formulated. Two hundred and nineteen docetaxel precriptions from Jan to Mar 2014 in a tertiary hospital were statistically analyzed and discussed by projection pursuit method. Results：The effects of the medication order,pretreatment and dosage on the application assessment of docetaxel were large by the analysis of one dimension projection value. The reasonable percentage with more than 90% accounted for 89. 97% by analyzing the doctor＆#39; s advice comments. Among all doctor＆#39; s advice comments,the lowest percentage was 86. 93%. Among 78 cases,the Ci for 1 in 55 cases（70. 51%）,between 0. 95 and 1 in 5 cases（6. 41%）,between 0. 90 to 0. 95 in 10 cases（12. 82%） and between 0. 85 and 0. 90 in 8 cases（10. 26%） were identified. Conclusions：The rationality analysis of using docetaxel by projection pursuit method can quantitatively analyze the accuracy and rationality of drug prescription,provide effective drug use programme in clinic and quality of life of patients.
