摘  要:目的 :探讨案例教学法(PBL)在神经外科临床护理见习教学中的创新应用。方法 :2010级56名神经外科临床护理实践学生为实验组,实施以问题为基础的案例教学法(PBL),与采用传统带教方法的61名2009级神经外科临床护理实践学生为对照组进行对比。结果:实验组教学效果、理论考核成绩均有明显进步,对PBL教学法的评价较高。结论:案例教学法(PBL)能激发神经外科临床护理见习学生学习积极性和自觉性,有助于提高学生的神经外科知识水平。Objective: To explore the innovative application of problem- based learning( PBL) in neurosurgery clinical nursing teaching. Methods: 56 neurosurgery clinical nursing practice students in 2010 grade as the experimental group are given the problem based case teaching method(PBL), and 61 neurosurgery clinical nursing practice students in 2009 grade with the traditional teaching method are the control group. Results: the teaching effect and theoretical examination are both improved in the experimental group, and the evaluation of PBL teaching method is high. Conclusion: problem-based learning(PBL) can stimulate the enthusiasm of neurosurgery clinical nursing students, and help to improve the students' knowledge.
