摘　　要：晋察冀抗日根据地是抗日战争时期在聂荣臻的直接领导下所开创的模范根据地,它的创立与稳固与晋察冀边区的群众支持紧密相连。边区的舆论宣传在有效发动和争取群众支持上起到了重要作用。在建立边区民主政权,保障边区群众民主权利,提高边区群众文化水平以及改善群众生活的基础上,在聂荣臻重视和紧抓宣传工作的背景下,边区运用民众团体言传身教以及报刊、口号、戏剧等多种宣传方式为各个阶段的具体工作争取到了边区广大群众的支持,真正达到了有效宣传的效果。the Jinchaji border area during the Anti Japanese war is a model created under the direct leadership of Nie Rongzhen its foundation and stable and the Shanxi Chahar Hebei border area closely linked topublic support.The propaganda in the effective mobilization and win support plays an important role.In the establishment of the democratic regime,the protection of the democratic rights of the masses,improve thecultural level of the masses and improve the basic life of the masses,in Nie Rongzhen＇s attention and clutching propaganda work under the background of the use of public organizations,newspapers,and other slogans,dramatic way of publicity for the various stages of the specific work in the fight to the public opinion the support of the masses,to achieve a truly effective propaganda effect.
