摘　　要：地方自治思潮作为19世纪末20世纪初中国兴起的社会政治思潮,对当时中国的社会政治改革和政治运动产生了深远的影响。梁启超是中国近代史上资产阶级改良派的代表人物,他在宣传与实践地方自治思想上做出了重要贡献,并积极参与了一系列地方组织的创立与建设,他的地方自治思想丰富而独到,对当下仍有重温与重申的重要价值。As one of the local self-government thought late 19 th and early 20 th century,the rise of China＇s social and political thought,at that time China＇s social and political reforms and political movement had a profound impact.Liang Qi-chao is representative of modern Chinese history bourgeois reformists,who practices in local self-government propaganda and ideology made an important contribution,and actively participate in the creation and construction of a number of local organizations,local self-government ideology of his rich and unique,for the moment still do not revisit and reaffirm the value.
