摘　　要：粮食安全是一个发展的概念,自20世纪70年代被FAO首度提出以来经历了多次的完善,体现出了鲜明的时代特征。中国作为一个粮食生产与消费大国,粮食安全评价工作得到高度重视的同时,也必然会伴随着社会经济的发展而不断演变与深化。本文从粮食安全内涵入手,在梳理现有研究工作基础上,提出了粮食安全协调度的概念,并阐述了及内涵及评价思路,力求通过科学建立体现时代特征的评价体系,为提高中国粮食安全保障水平提供支持。Food security is a concept of development. Since it was first defined by FAO in the 1970 s,the concept has been improved many times reflecting the characteristics of each period. As a major production and consumption country,the issue of China＇s food security evaluation has been highlighted and must be evolved and deepened with the development of the economy. Starting with the connotation of food security,this paper proposed the concept of coordination degree of food security and expounded the intension and evaluation method based on the recognization of existing research,which could provide support to the improvement of China＇s food security by establishing an evaluation system with time characteristics.
