摘 要:蔬菜是城乡居民生活必不可少的重要农产品,保障蔬菜供给是重大的民生问题。基于北京市郊区涉农经营主体设施蔬菜科技发展情况的调研,对设施生产技术和装备应用现状进行了深入分析,研究发现北京市设施蔬菜产业在重点技术研发和示范推广等科研项目为带动下实施,近年来已经在许多领域实现了技术突破,展现了良好的经济效益和社会效益。总体来看,北京设施蔬菜发展水平较高,并向高效、环保、可持续方向发展,但与发达国家相比,仍存在生产水平和资源利用率低、规模化作业程度低、采后处理和加工落后、设施装备与栽培技术的结合不足等问题,需要通过需求导向、优势实破、创新驱动、四化同步等策略来提高设施蔬菜的综合竞争力和整体发展水平。Vegetable is an important agricultural product to urban and rural residents while the vegetable supply security is a major livelihood issue. The protected vegetable industry in Beijing city,which focuses on technology development and promotion,has achieved technological breakthrough in many areas and resulted in good economic social benefit in recent years. Though the overall development of protected vegetable industry in Beijing city has developed to a rather high level,there are still problems existing when compared with developed countries,such as low utilization rate of resources,poor production of scale,low postharvest-handling level,as well as problems existing in the coordination of agricultural equipment and cultivating methods. These problems has seriously influenced the comprehensive competitiveness and the overall development of protected vegetable industry. Based on the survey on the development and application of technology in protected vegetable industry in suburb of Beijing city,this study analyzed the production technology and equipment application status,and put forward the technological development countermeasures for protected vegetable industry.
