摘  要:手枪枪管短后坐式自动机闭锁机构有枪管偏移式与枪管回转式两种结构,前者结构简单,动作可靠,但稳定性较差,精度不高;后者射击平稳,精度较高,但结构复杂,易发生故障。针对这一现状,设计一种新的手枪自动机,对现有的手枪自动机结构进行改进,结合枪管偏移式手枪结构简单、动作可靠与枪管回转式手枪射击平稳的优点,将新式手枪枪管回转式自动机设计为枪管与套筒闭锁,枪管下方设置螺旋槽导转枪管的结构。用UG软件对改进的手枪结构进行三维实体建模,利用ADAMS软件对其进行动力学仿真和运动学验证。结果表明该机构工作平稳,可靠性更高,可更好地提高手枪性能。There are two types of locking system of gun barrel short-recoil automatic mechanism:the barrel offset and the barrel rotary,the former has simple structure and reliable action,but its stability and accuracy is poor. The latter has high precision and smooth shooting,but its structure is complex,prone to failure. In order to solve the problem,a new gun automata to improve the existing pistol automata structure is designed. The new structure combined the simple structure and reliable action of the barrel offset with the stable shot of the barrel rotary,the new gun barrel rotary automata is designed with a barrel and sleeve atresia,and a spiral groove barrel equipped beneath the barrel. UG software is uesd to modeling the improved pistol structure for 3D entity,and used the ADAMS software to make dynamic simulation and motion verification of the designed structure. Results show that the institutions works smoothly and has higher reliability. It can better enhance the ability of the pistol.
