摘  要:目的:筛选自拟晕定方提取工艺路线。方法:采用HPLC法测定天麻素、葛根素含量;建立小鼠眩晕模型,测定小鼠逃避电击的潜伏时间。结果:自拟晕定方提取工艺路线为天麻、茺蔚子、僵蚕采用水提醇沉法,葛根采用70%醇提法,回收乙醇,合并两者提取液,浓缩到适当浓度。此提取物能显著缩短眩晕小鼠逃避电击所用的潜伏时间(P<0.05)。结论:自拟晕定方提取工艺科学、合理,有效成分含量与其药效呈正相关。Objective: To optimize the extraction process route of selfinade Yunding prescription. Methods: The contents of gastrodin and puerarin were detected by HPLC; the mice model with vertigo was prepared to measure the latency time of the mice escaping from electrical shock. Results: Extraction process route of selfmade Yunding prescription was: TianMa (Gastrodia elata B1.), ChongWeiZi (motherwort seed) and JiangC, an (bombyx batryticatus) were dealt with water extract-alcohol precipitation, GeGen (Radix Puerariae) was extracted with 70% ethanol, recovering ethanol, mixed two kinds of decoction, and then condensed to the appropriate concentration. The extract could significantly shorten the latency time of vertigo mice escaping from electrical shock (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Extraction process route of selfmade YunDing prescription is scientific and rational, and the contents of its effective ingredient are positively related to its effects.
