摘　　要：基于不同时期的文献资料,探究吴茱萸的应用沿革,指出不同历史时期,吴茱萸发挥的功用及临床运用各有特点:汉代首明温中散寒、降逆止痛之功;魏晋隋唐时期弘扬温中降逆、止泻定痛之效,提出祛痰消积之用;宋金元时期在继承前贤成就基础上,突出逐瘀消癖的功用;明清时期强调其开郁化滞、散寒降逆、助阳止泻的效用。The paper is discussing the application of WuZhuYu （Tetradium ruticarpum） on the foundation of literature in different periods, the features of clinical application and the functions of WuZhuYu were different in dif- ferent historical periods： it was used to warm the middle energizer, dispel the cold, downbear the counterflow and relieve the pain in Hart dynasty; the functions of warming the middle energizer, downbearing the counterflow, stopping the diarrhea and the pain were developed and expanded, the function of dispelling phlegm and eliminating accumula- tion was raised in Wei, ]in, Sui and Tang Periods; on the foundation of inheriting the achievement, the function of dis- pelling the stasis and eliminating the mass was valued in Song, Jin, Yuan dynasties; the functions of expelling the stagnation, eliminating the obstruction, dispelling the cold, downbearing the counterflow, warming Yang and stopping the diarrhea were highlighted in Ming and Qirtg dynasties.
