摘  要:目的:评价社区卫生服务满意度状况,为社区卫生服务工作更加健康、快速发展提供依据。方法:采用调查表对某社区患者的卫生服务满意度进行现场调查,并通过描述性及多因素分析方法对收集的资料进行统计分析。结果:社区卫生服务患者总体满意度水平不高(54.9%),在满意度单项指标中,社区医生治疗技术、效果等满意程度较低;通过非条件Logistic回归分析发现,对总体满意度产生影响的主要因素包括中医药方法在内的社区医生治疗技术、健康教育等。结论:社区卫生服务工作应从多层面、多环节考虑,以改进工作,提高患者对社区卫生服务工作的满意度。Objective: To provide reference for sound and rapid development of community health care by assessing satisfaction degrees of community health care. Methods: Satisfaction degrees of the patients in a community were surveyed with questionnaires, the collected data was analyzed statistically by descriptive, multiple factor method. Resuits: The Patients' total satisfaction degree to community health care was not high (54.9%), in the single item of satis- faction degree, the degrees satisfied to thelapeutic skills of the doctor and effects were lower; unconditioned Logistic regression analysis revealed that main factors influencing on total satisfaction degrees contained community doctors' therapeutic skills including TCM therapy, the aspects of health education and others. Conclusion: Community health care should be considered from many aspects and links for the public, therefore, to improve the work, raise the people's satisfaction degree to community health care.
