摘　　要：采取文献资料、问卷调查等方法对盐城市残疾人体育管理模式进行研究,在此基础上提出创新发展模式和发展路径,为促进盐城市残疾人体育管理提供一定的理论支撑。Such research methods such as literature material and questionnaire survey are adopted for the study of Yancheng disabled sports management model, based on which, innovative development model and development path are put forward, providing theoretical guidance about the development of sports for the disabled in Yancheng city management.
