摘  要:在中国石油锦西石化公司1.80 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置上进行了CO助燃剂(牌号为FPT-5)的工业试验。结果表明,加入CO助燃剂后,微反活性提高了1.5个百分点;产品分布得到改善,轻质油、总液体、液态烃和汽油收率依次提高了0.6,0.9,0.3,0.4个百分点,干气和焦炭收率均降低了0.5个百分点;液态烃中丙烯体积分数增加了0.6个百分点;稳定汽油蒸汽压达到工艺指标要求,研究法辛烷值降低了0.4个单位;柴油的残炭质量分数和凝点基本不变,十六烷值提高了0.3个单位。The commercial application of the CO combustion improver FPT -5 was conducted in the 1.80 Mt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Jinxi Petrochemical Company, PetroChina. The results showed that after the addition of FPT - 5, the micro- reactor activity of equilibrium catalyst in- creased by 1.5 percent points, and the product dis- tribution was improved, the yield of light oil, total liquid, liquid hydrocarbons and gasoline increased by 0.6,0.9,0.3,0.4 percent points respectively, both the dry gas and petroleum coke yields reducedby 0. 5 percent points,the volume fraction of propyl- ene in liquid hydrocarbons increased by 0. 6 percent points, the vapor pressure of stable gasoline was qualified, research octane number reduced by 0.4 units,the residual carbon content and the pour point of diesel were unchanged, and the cetane num- ber increased by 0. 3 units.
