品管圈在跟骨牵引病人针眼护理中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]为降低跟骨牵引病人针眼渗出的发生率,探讨品管圈在跟骨牵引病人针眼护理中的应用效果。[方法]2014年3月成立品管圈,通过品管圈活动步骤,对2014年4月—2014年7月跟骨牵引病人针眼渗出的原因进行调查分析,拟定并实施改进对策,再调查2014年8月—2014年11月跟骨牵引病人针眼渗出的情况,分析针眼护理质量。[结果]开展品管圈活动后,针眼渗出的发生率由41.02%下降至22.22%。[结论]对跟骨牵引病人开展针眼护理相关的品管圈活动,能够降低病人针眼渗出的发生率,切实为预防病人发生针眼感染提供有效的护理方法。Objective：To reduce the incidence of eye of needle exudation in patients with calcaneal traction,so as to probe into the application effect of quality control circle（QCC）in eye of needle care in patients with calcaneal traction.Methods：The QCC was set up in March 2014.By the steps of QCC,the causes of eye of needle exudation were investigated and analyzed in patients with calcaneal traction from April to July in 2014.The modified countermeasures were prepared and carried out,then to investigate the eye of needle exudation and analyze quality of eye of needle care in patients with calcaneal traction from August to November.Results：After QCC,the incidence of eye of needle exudation decreased from 41.02% to 22%.Conclusion：The application of QCC in eye of needle care in patients with calcaneal traction could reduce the incidence of eye of needle exudation and provide the effective nursing method to prevent eye of needle infection.
