八段锦对肿瘤化疗病人癌因性疲乏的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨八段锦对肿瘤化疗病人癌因性疲乏的干预效果。[方法]采用方便抽样的方法,抽取确诊肿瘤且行化疗的病人70例,将病人按随机数字表法随机分为两组,对照组34例给予化疗病人常规护理措施,观察组36例在对照组常规护理的基础上实施八段锦运动。[结果]8周疗程治疗完成后,观察组病人疲乏程度明显轻于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]八段锦运动能一定程度上辅助减轻肿瘤化疗病人癌因性疲乏的程度,改善临床治疗效果,提高病人的生活质量。Objective：To probe into the influence of Baduanjin exercise on cancer chemotherapy patients with cancer-related fatigue.Methods：A total of 70 cancer patients diagnosed finally and receiving chemotherapy were selected by convenience sampling method,and they were randomly divided into control group（34cases）and observation group（36cases）according to the random number table method.The 34 patients in control group were given routine nursing.The patients in observation group were given Baduanjin exercise on the basis of routine nursing.Results：After 8weeks of treatment,the results showed that the fatigue of patients in observation group was significantly lighter than that in control group,and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Baduanjin exercise can help reduce the degree of the patients＇ CRF,improve the clinical curative effect and the patients＇ quality of life.
