摘 要:[目的]探讨饮食日记干预对炎症性肠病病人生活质量的影响。[方法]选取炎症性肠病病人48例为研究对象,并在医生和护士的指导下记录饮食日记,根据病人日常饮食中存在的问题,开展有针对性的饮食指导和饮食咨询。于干预前及干预后分别应用中文版炎症性肠病病人生活质量量表(IBDQ)评估病人的生活质量。[结果]干预前后自身比较,病人IBDQ各维度及总分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]饮食日记干预可改变病人的不良饮食习惯,延缓疾病的进展,有助于提高病人生活质量。Objective:To probe into the influence of diet diary intervention on quality of life of patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Methods:A total of48 patients withinflammatory bowel diseasewere selected as the research objects,and they wrote the diet diary under the guidance of the doctors and the nurses.According tothe problems of dailydietin patients,the targeted dietary guidance and dietary counseling were carried out.The patients' quality of life was evaluated by using the Chinese version of IBDQ before and after the intervention.Results:In self comparison,the scores of all dimensions of IBDQ and total score in patients after the intervention were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Diet diaryintervention couldchangethe patient'sbad diet habits and slow the progress ofthe disease,thus help toimprove the patients' quality oflife.
