摘  要:本文以齐热哈塔尔水电站工程为依托,设计研制了高地温隧洞模拟试验装置,并试验分析了高地温热害洞段不同岩壁温度对围岩—喷射混凝土粘结强度的影响,同时进行了机理分析。试验结果表明:在空气相对湿度为90%的工况下,岩壁温度在50~90℃之间时,岩壁温度越高,粘结面混凝土微细观结构越为疏松多孔,粘结强度越低,并且90℃的高温岩壁喷射混凝土28 d龄期粘结强度要低于7 d龄期粘结强度。因此,建议在高温洞段采取铺设隔热层、喷射耐热混凝土、高湿养护等措施。Based on Qirehataer Hydropower Project,a simulation testing device for the tunnel with high ground temperature is self-designed and self-developed herein,and then the impacts of different rock wall temperatures on the bonding strength between surrounding rock and shotcrete in the tunnel sections with the thermal harm from high ground temperature are designed and experimentally studied,while the relevant mechanical analysis is carried out as well. The experiment shows that under the condition of the air relative humidity of 90%,the higher the rock wall temperature,the more porous the micro structure of the concrete on the bonding surface is to be and the lower the bonding strength is to be,when the temperature of the rock wall is between 50 ~90 ℃. Furthermore,the 28 d age bonding strength of the shotcrete on the rock wall with the high temperature of 90 ℃ is lower than that of the 7 d age. It is recommended that the measures,such as placement of insulation layer,shoting heat-resistant concrete,high humidity curing,etc. are better to be taken for the tunnel sections with high ground temperature.
