摘  要:本文研究了永定河"五湖一线"段的防洪体系,讨论了"五湖一线"段的生态治理理念、措施。结合"五湖一线"段建设成果讨论了永定河生态修复与防洪的关系,提出生态修复、景观及服务设施的设计标准,明确了种植绿化标准,提出了适宜于永定河"五湖一线"段的洪水调度安排和思路。研究成果可为城市防洪与生态修复的关系研究提供参考。The flood control system of the section of the "Five Lakes on One Route"for Yongdinghe River is studied herein,while the concepts and measures for the ecological improvement therein are discussed as well. Combined with the construction achievements,the relationship between the eco-restoration and the flood control of Yongdinghe River is also discusses,and then the design criteria for the eco-restoration,landscape and service facilities are proposed; which defines the standards for greening and planting and puts the arrangement and consideration suitable for the flood regulation of Yongdinghe River forward. The achievements from this study can provide references for the study on the relationship between both the urban flood control and ecorestoration.
