长脉冲1064nmNd:YAG激光联合中药复方土荆皮酊治疗中老年患者趾甲真菌病60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价长脉冲1064 nmNd:YAG激光联合复方土荆皮酊治疗趾甲真菌病的疗效和安全性。方法将入选的60例趾甲真菌病患者随机分成2组,治疗组32例,对照组28例。治疗组予外搽复方土荆皮酊2次/d,并进行长脉冲1064 nmNd:YAG激光治疗,1次/周;对照组仅进行长脉冲1064 nmNd:YAG激光治疗,1次/周。2组患者的疗程均为3月。治疗后随访9月,每3月进行1次临床与真菌学评价,评估2组的疗效并对比。结果治疗组临床有效率为53.03%,优于对照组的35.48%(χ2=3.985,P=0.046)。治疗组真菌学有效率为40.91%,对照组为29.03%,差异有统计学意义。结论长脉冲1064 nmNd:YAG激光联合复方土荆皮酊治疗中老年患者局部趾甲真菌病安全而有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of long pulse 1064 nmNd： YAG laser combined with Fufang Tujin Piding in the treatment of onychomycosis. Methods Sixty patients with onychomycosis were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group,and all patients were treated for 4 months. Treatment group was treated with Fufang Tujin Piding twice a day and long pulse 1064 nmNd： YAG laser once a week; Control group was treated only with long pulse 1064 nmNd： YAG laser,once a week. Clinical and mycological efficacy were evaluated 9 months after the treatment. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 53. 03%,and of control group was 35. 48%. The Mycology effective rate of treatment group was 40. 91%,and of control group was 29. 03%. Clinical curative effective rate（ χ2=3. 985,P = 0. 046） of treatment group was better than that of control group. Conclusions Long pulse 1064 nmNd： YAG laser combined with Fufang Tujin Piding is effective and safe for the treatment of onychomycosis.
