稳心颗粒联合比索洛尔对老年冠心病快速性心律失常的疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨稳心颗粒联合比索洛尔治疗老年冠心病患者快速性心律失常的疗效及安全性。方法将156例老年冠心病合并快速性心律失常患者随机分为观察组78例和对照组78例,2组均给予冠心病基础治疗,同时观察组给予稳心颗粒和比索洛尔口服,对照组仅给予比索洛尔口服,根据心率情况调整比索洛尔用量,2组均给药4周,比较治疗前后24 h动态心电图及心率变化情况,同时监测临床症状改善情况及不良反应。结果 2组治疗后心律失常均有不同程度改善,观察组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后2组心率均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),但2组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);2组临床症状均有所改善,观察组改善更显著(P<0.05);2组治疗过程中不良反应发生情况无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合比索洛尔为老年冠心病快速性心律失常提供了一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and security of Wenxin granule combining bisoprolor on tachyarrhythmia in the elderly patients with coronary heart disease（ CHD）. Methods 156 elderly patients with CHD complicated with tachyarrhythmia were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 78） and control group（ n = 78）. Both groups were treated with the basic therapy for CHD,and the observation group was given Wenxin granule and bisoprolor,the control group given bisoprolol,and the dosage of bisoprolol was adjusted according to the heart rate. The treatment of the two groups lasted for 4 weeks. The 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram and heart rate were measured before and after treatment,at the same time the improvement of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were monitored. Results Both groups were improved after treatment in tachyarrhythmia,and the observation group was improved more significantly than control group（ P 0. 05 or P 0. 01）. After treatment,the heart rate of the two groups was lower than before（ P 0. 01）,and there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. After treatment the clinical symptoms in the observation group were significantly improved than those in control group（ P 0. 05）. The occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups showed no significant differences（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions Wenxin granule combining bisoprolol provides a safe and effective method for the treatment of tachyarrhythmia in the elderly patients with CHD.
