摘　　要：本文分析了新常态下江苏进入后加工贸易时代的三个背景,并对后加工贸易时代江苏加工贸易发展的路径选择进行了详细的阐述。加工贸易不是不要发展,而是如何发展,因此发展本土企业主体,培育以自主品牌和核心技术为依托的加工贸易是发展方向。发展加工贸易要解决慢转移与快转型的纠结,积极发展智能代工和产品定制。要因地制宜,促进加工贸易形式的多样化。This paper analyzes the three background of Jiangsu＇s processing trade after entering into the new normal state, and expounds the path selection of the development of the processing trade in Jiangsu. Processing trade not development, but how to develop it, so the development of local enterprises, cultivating its own brand and core technology for relying on the processing trade is the direction of development; the development of processing trade to solve slow transferring and transformation of tangled, actively develop smart OEM and custom products; to adjust measures to local conditions, promote the diversification of the form of processing trade.
