摘　　要：自从执行黄金周以来十几年,老百姓在享受美好的节日休假时,也发现了越来越多的问题。黄金周大多是用周末拼凑起来的,有时导致上几天休几天或休长假再补长工,这样的错乱工作安排、生活形式让大家极为不适。加上假日里旅游景区和高速公路上出现的混乱拥堵场景,让本已饱受争议的假日安排更添反对之音。公共政策从目标制定、方案设计再到优选的整个过程,都需要注意科学合理且应顺从民意方能长久推行。Ever since the practice of Golden Week in China more than ten years ago, more and more problems become to present themselves while some people are still enjoying this long holiday. Since most of the 7-day Golden Week holidays are made up through piecing together the near weekends, it is unavoidable for people to work more than 5 days straight before or sometimes after they enjoy the privilege of long holiday, which will definitely cause confusion and inconvenience in both people＇s work and their daily life. Besides, the endless reports of over-populated scenic spots and of traffic jams on the high way during golden weeks add to the opposition to this policy. Hence, to succeed in its implementation, there is still a long way to go in public policy making; it is necessary to stress scientific analysis as well as the public＇s opinion in the process of goal setting, plan designing and optimizing.
