摘　　要：本文从术前宣教,禁食禁饮、清洁肠道、麻醉技术、手术方式、安置引流管、术后镇痛、术后早期活动、补液量的控制、药物控制、中医药治疗等方面就加速康复外科在治疗术后肠麻痹中的应用研究进展进行综述。Postoperative enteroplegia complication is not only difficult to avoid,but also is one of the important factors that affect patients with postoperative rehabilitation after abdominal surgery. With the development of fast- track surgery,the recovery of gastrointestinal function is promoted and post- operative ileus has greatly reduced. In the paper,the application research progress of fast- track surgery to treat the post- operative ileus is reviewed.
