痰热清联合常规西药对高血压的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨痰热清联合常规西药治疗高血压的临床效果。方法:按照入院顺序将我院收治的304例高血压患者分为实验组150例和对照组154例,分别给予痰热清注射液联合替米沙坦片治疗和单纯替米沙坦片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:实验组患者治疗后SBP、DBP均明显低于对照组;两组患者治疗后HR均明显下降,与同组治疗前比较,有显著差异;治疗前后两组间HR、TC、TG比较,差异均无统计学意义;实验组患者治疗后LVDD、LVMI、LVEF明显低于对照组,E/A明显高于对照组;实验组患者治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组。结论:痰热清能够有效提高高血压患者血压控制效果,改善HR、左心室肥厚和心功能,提高临床治疗效果。Objective： To explore the values for the patients with hypertensive by Tanreqing（ TRQ） combine with conventional western medicine.Methods： 304 cases of patients with hypertensive were divided into experiment group（ 150 cases） and control group（ 154 cases） according to order of hospitalization. The experiment group were treated by TRQ combine with telmisartan tablets,the control group were treated by telmisartan tablets. The clinical effects were compared for the two groups. Results： The SBP,DBP for the experiment group were lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; The levels of HR after treatment for the two groups were lower than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）; There has no significant difference on the levels of HR,TC,TG（ P〉0. 05）; The levels of LVDD,LVMI,LVEF for the experiment group were lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; The levels of E / A for the experiment group were higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; The total effective rate for the experiment group were higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： It can increase the effect of blood pressure control for the patients with hypertensive by TRQ,improve the HR,left ventricular hypertrophy,cardiac function,increase the clinical effects,it can be used as the preferred drug for clinical treatment.
