光动力联合咪喹莫特治疗男性尿道尖锐湿疣的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察光动力联合咪喹莫特治疗男性尿道尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 56例经醋酸白及HPV检测阳性确诊的男性尿道尖锐湿疣患者随机分为联合组及对照组,每组28例。联合组采用光动力联合咪喹莫特治疗,对照组单用光动力治疗。治疗3个月后对比两组患者的疗效,观察治疗期间不良反应发生率及复发情况。结果联合组的临床疗效优于对照组(Hc=4.11,P<0.05)。联合组与对照组的复发率、不良反应发生率的差异均无统计学意义(3.6%vs 21.4%,vs10.7%7.14%,P>0.05)。结论光动力联合咪喹莫特治疗男性尿道尖锐湿疣疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective To observe clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of photodynamics in combination imiquimod in treating male urethral condyloma acuminatum. 56 cases of male patients diagnosed with urethral condyloma acumina Methods-tum by acetic acid and HPV testing were randomly divided into Combination Group（28 cases） and Control Group（28 cases）. Combination group was treated with photodynamics in combination imiquimod while control group was treated with photodynamics only. Three months after treatment, the efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence during the treatment was observed. Clinical efficacy of combination group was superior to that Results of control group（Hc=4.11, P〈0.05）. There was no statistically difference between the two groups in terms of recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions（21.4 % 3.6% and 10.7% 7.14 %, vs vs P〈0.05）. Photodynamics in combination Conclusion imiquimod has a definite efficacy in treating male urethral condyloma acuminatum, and is worth clinical promotion.
