摘 要:目的观察应用坎地沙坦对慢性房颤模型兔心房电生理指标的影响。方法 18只家兔随机分为药物组、起搏组和对照组,用高频率刺激家兔左心耳建立慢性房颤模型。药物组予坎地沙坦灌注和持续快速心房起搏;起搏组予生理盐水灌注和持续快速心房起搏;对照组仅予生理盐水灌注。分别测量心房有效不应期(AERP)、AERP频率适应性、房颤诱发成功次数和持续时间。结果起搏组AERP、AERP频率适应性明显低于药物组和对照组(P<0.05),而房颤诱发成功率和持续时间明显高于对照组(P<0.01);这些指标在药物组与对照组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论坎地沙坦可逆转慢性房颤模型兔因短期快速心房起搏所致AERP缩短及AERP频率适应性降低。Objective To observe the effect of candesartan on the atrial electrophysiological indexes in rabbits with chronic atrial fibrillation(AF). Methods Eighteen rabbits were selected to establish the chronic AF model using high frequency stimulation on the left aurcle, and then randomized to 3 groups. The drug, pacing and control groups were treated with candesartan perfusion + continued rapid atrial pacing, normal saline perfusion + continued rapid atrial pacing, and normal saline perfusion, respectively. The atrial effective refractory period(AERP), frequency adaptation of AERP, and successful rate and duration of induced AF were measured. Results AERP and its frequency adaptation were lower in pacing group than in drug and control groups(P〈0.05), while successful rate and duration of induced AF were higher in pacing group than in control group(P〈0.01). However, there were no differences in these indexes between drug and control groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Candesartan can reverse the reduction of AERP and its frequency adaptation caused by short-term rapid atrial pacing in rabbits with chronic AF.
