摘 要:目的观察社区、医院及家庭"三位一体"教育模式对围生期母婴健康的影响。方法 140例围生期妇女随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规宣教,观察组采用社区、医院及家庭"三位一体"的教育模式。比较两组产妇及新生儿并发症,产后42 d及1 a后采用生存质量量表(SF-36QOL)评估两组产妇生活质量。结果观察组产妇及新生儿并发症发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且产后42 d及1 a的总体生存质量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 "三位一体"教育模式可改善产妇生活质量和围生期母婴健康。Objective To investigate the effect of trinity(community, hospital and family) education mode on mother and infant health in the perinatal period. Methods A total of 140 perinatal women were randomized to 2 groups. Control and observation groups were treated with conventional education and trinity education modes, respectively. The mother and infant complications were compared, and 42-day and 1-year maternal quality of life(QOL) was evaluated by SF-36. Results Compared with control group, the mother and infant complications were decreased(P〈0.05) but 42-day and 1-year maternal QOL was increased in observation group(P〈0.01). Conclusion The trinity education mode can improve the maternal QOL and mother and infant health in the perinatal period.
